We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you have a problem concerning your hat, it can be returned for up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE!
Before returning the order, get in touch with Maison Gedilva Paris (info@gedilva-chapellerie.fr), giving the reasons for the return, your e-mail address and your telephone number, so that we can deal directly with you and send you the appropriate paperwork.

As the return of your order is your responsibility, it must be sent by recorded, signed delivery.

After we have confirmed the return of your hat, Maison Gedilva Paris will take all the necessary measures to refund you within a delay of seven (7) days.
