Payment

The total balance of the order along with the costs of the delivery are payable in advance via Visa, Pay, PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay or JCB.

The cost of the order and the actual cost of delivery given by Maison Gedilva
Paris should be paid before the order is sent.

Delivery

The delivery is normally by La Poste or via a similar service (Please note: any
delays in these services which may result in a late delivery of the order are not the responsibility of Maison Gedilva Paris).

The delivery time, depending on the time of year, may be extended, and as such you should consider that your order is confirmed at the moment of payment.

Articles costing over 350€ will be sent by a recorded service which will require a signature upon delivery. It will be essential that someone will be available to receive the package and sign for the delivery.

Ownership

From the time of signing the receipt of delivery, you become the owner of
the article and as such you are responsible for any loss or damage to the
piece.

No returns or refunds can be accepted unless the article is in a perfect condition.
